1. Which purchase does this cover?
This draft covers SoulFul GLO website subscriptions purchased through Paddle when available. Paddle is the merchant of record for those purchases. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases use their respective store cancellation and refund processes; this page does not replace those rules.
2. Cancel a website subscription
Open the management link in your Paddle subscription confirmation email, or visit Paddle buyer support. Follow the cancellation steps and retain the confirmation. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting your SoulFul GLO account or uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.
3. Cancel during the seven-day trial
The proposed free trial requires a payment method. Cancel before the displayed trial-end date to avoid the first paid charge. The checkout must show the full amount payable after the trial and the first-charge date. A trial is not a paid period and is not a charge to refund.
4. Request a refund or exercise withdrawal rights
Visit Paddle buyer support and provide the purchase email, transaction reference and reason for your request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. You can also contact Contact Us for product or access help. Paddle processes Paddle purchase refunds; SoulFul GLO does not promise a separate direct reimbursement.
5. Rights and eligibility
Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms explain eligibility, country-specific withdrawal periods and available remedies. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products, remain unaffected. Cancellation alone does not guarantee a refund or partial-period credit. This draft does not impose a blanket no-refunds rule, invent a universal refund window, or waive a right by mere use of the website. Access may end when the relevant purchase is refunded.
6. Apple and Google purchases
For an Apple purchase, use Apple subscription settings to cancel and Apple’s refund request service for refunds. For Google Play, use Google Play subscriptions to cancel and Google Play Help for refund requests. The original billing provider determines its process. Released-app terms remain available at mobile-app Terms & Conditions.
