What subscription plans are available?
Choose Monthly, Quarterly (every 3 months), or Annual (every year). Every plan includes the same Unlimited access to guided meditations, yoga, sound journeys, quizzes and journaling tools. See the pricing cards for your local price.
What is included in SoulFul Unlimited?
You receive 2500+ minutes of mindfulness practice, the full yoga coaching library, all sound journey collections, self-assessment quizzes, an ad-free experience, offline downloads and priority support.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All three website plans include a 7-day free trial and require a payment method. Your plan starts billing after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Can I switch between plans?
For help changing a website subscription, contact hello@soulfulglo.com. Purchases through the mobile app are managed separately through Apple or Google.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For a website subscription, use the subscription-management link in your Paddle email. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid your first charge. For purchases through Apple or Google, cancel through the relevant store.
Are there promotions?
If you have a discount code, enter it in Paddle Checkout. SOULFUL40 gives 40% off your first paid billing period. Later renewals are charged at the regular price.
Which plan is the best value?

Do you offer student or senior discounts?
Yes. Email support@soulfulglo.com with valid ID to request a special discount code. Healthcare workers and first responders may also qualify.
What payment methods do you accept?
Website subscriptions use Paddle Checkout, which shows the payment methods available for your country. Purchases made inside the mobile app are managed separately by Apple or Google.
How do I update my payment method?
For a website subscription, use the subscription-management link in your Paddle email. For an App Store or Google Play subscription, use that store’s payment settings.
Can I get a refund?
You are covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After that, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google. In the app, go to Profile › Help › Request Refund; typical processing takes 5–7 business days.
Why was I charged after cancelling?
Your cancellation may have occurred after the billing date. Check the cancellation confirmation for its effective date, then contact support@soulfulglo.com if you believe a charge is an error.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the account used to purchase, then go to Profile › Manage Subscription › Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with your SoulFul GLO account on any device to access Premium content and keep your progress in sync.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile › Settings › Account › Delete Account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days. Download your data first if needed, and cancel any active subscription separately through your app store.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Tap Forgot Password at sign-in, enter your email, then follow the reset link sent to your inbox. The link expires after 24 hours; check spam if it does not arrive.
Why am I seeing Error 153 when playing videos?
This can indicate a YouTube embedding restriction. Check your connection, restart the app, clear cache, update the app and try again. The video may also be temporarily unavailable.
The app will not let me sign in. What should I do?
Check your email and password, internet connection and sign-in method (Google, Apple or Email). Restart and update the app. If the issue continues, email support@soulfulglo.com with your device model and OS version.
Audio or video is buffering or not loading.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, lower video quality in Settings › Playback, download content for offline use, restart your device and check whether other apps have the same issue.
How do I enable notifications?
Go to Profile › Settings › Notifications to customise reminders, streak updates and new-content alerts. Also enable SoulFul GLO notifications in your device settings.
The app is crashing. How do I fix it?
Update the app, restart your device, clear cache or reinstall. Your data syncs automatically. Report persistent issues via Profile › Help › Report Issue.
How do streaks and badges work?
Complete a meditation, yoga or journaling session each day to maintain a streak. Earn badges for milestones such as seven-day streaks, course completions and quiz achievements in Profile › Achievements.
Can I download content for offline use?
Premium members can download meditations and audio. Tap the download icon on a session, then manage saved content in Profile › Settings › Downloads.
How do the self-assessment quizzes work?
Quizzes explore areas such as happiness, relationships and love languages. Answer honestly to receive a personalised score and 14-day growth plan; retake them any time to track your progress.
